WHO IS DOBOTEX
DOBOTEX is a product licensing company. We partner with global A-brands (PUMA, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s and HEAD) to design, produce and sell their socks and underwear collections. With a focus on consistent availability we optimize turnover by offering the best balance between quality products and excellent pricing. Our mission is to be the fastest moving in branded products. Moving with speed requires high productivity, expertise and confidence. This is how we make the difference.
DOBOTEX head office is located in ‘s-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands) and our distribution centers are located in the Netherlands, China and Mexico City. We have several sales offices in Europe, Asia and South America. Currently we employ approximately 400 people.

MEET YOUR NEW JOB
As a team member of our Commercial Service Department you focus on our mission: delivering the best service proposition in our market. Our department has a market driven mindset, together with sales we maximize business by selling optimal service packages to retailers.
To stay ahead of the game, we want to know how latest technology within our retail market can benefit our business. With your capability to analyze our sales processes we get clear opportunities where we can make a difference. We want you to give us your view on the retail technology market trends and plot this on our opportunities. We expect you to be commercially and process driven with an open mind set to pro-actively act within our sales organization.
Bring the outside in. Your assignment is to deliver a plan of attack for our biggest opportunity by answering the following questions:
- Market investigation: What are relevant current technological retail trends?
- Internal Strength & Weaknesses in our Prospect to Order & Order to Cash process: Which trend we can benefit most from?
- Implementation: What is the plan of attack for the most beneficial opportunity?
- External: European Retail Fashion Industry
- Internal: Categories: all (LegWear, BodyWear, Swim)

WHAT IS REQUIRED?
- Education: HBO education in Business Economics / International Business (Graduation year);
- Understanding of ERP systems;
- Logistical / process knowledge is a pre
- Strong feeling with the brands we are working with;
- Proactive, a self-starter that is highly motivated to work in a rapid paced environment.
- Strong team spirit;
- You have a good understanding (verbally and in written) of Dutch and English language;
- Last but not least you have a positive mindset, you are an energetic person and you have a high sense of responsibility.
